Headshot Session with Ashley McCallum

Some of the most interesting people I’ve met have been at business functions where I only know a few people.

This is why I’m a member of two Chambers of Commerce and this is how I first met Ashley. Attending a “Perth Chamber & District of Commerce After 5” event this past winter Ashley and I shared stories about what we do which quickly evolved into a lot of interesting work and life experiences.

Yesterday (Sunday) Ashley came in for a headshot session in my Smiths Falls Studio and we quickly got back to where we were at the After 5 while we made new pictures for her profile. With a lot of insights and laughs along the way it was great to get to know her better and to make her profile pictures (along with some fun ones too).

Epilogue
After touchups and file building I delivered Ashley’s gallery this morning (Monday) and she was kind enough to post this on LinkedIn:

I spent the wildest hour of my life yesterday getting headshots done with Frank Fenn and while I can honestly say that I still don’t consider myself photogenic, Frank worked wonders to give me the perfect professional headshots, alongside photos that I think really capture who I am. It’s tough to capture personality so accurately in what can traditionally be almost stodgy in nature, but Frank managed to produce professional photos where you could practically feel the warmth and fun I was experiencing at the time - because how can you not have fun with Frank. He put in an effort to make me feel comfortable, and I enjoy chatting with Frank so much I genuinely forgot what I was there to do at times! If you’re in the market for any kind of photos, I’d recommend giving Frank a shout.
