Strathmere Wedding Photography with Sam and Kyle

Black and white wedding picture of couple in Strathmere window.

Three hours.

That’s what we had for Sam and Kyle’s Friday wedding.

The good news? It was at Strathmere in North Gower and we had the use of The Lodge, the Garden and the Farmhouse.

Colour photograph of bride and groom at the front wedding venue at the Strathmere Farmhouse in North Gower.

Plus, and this is important, we were going to do the first look and family pictures before their ceremony.

Here is the timeline

- 15 minutes with Sam getting ready in her suite

- 15 minutes with Kyle getting ready in his suite

- 15 minutes first look in the garden

- 30 minutes family in the garden

- 30 minutes with Sam and Kyle around the farmhouse

- 15 minutes candids of guests arriving behind the Lodge

- 30 minutes ceremony behind the Lodge

- 30 minutes candids of guests post ceremony in the Lodge

Editing pictures is fun for me so I do it personally.

I’ve always wanted to use the Strathmere fire escape for pictures but was always put off by all of the extra “stuff” lying around. Fortunately, during the last two years Adobe has dramatically improved their AI features to aid in removing/replacing the things we don’t want to see (they’ve also raised their subscription rates to over $120 per month, but it is worth it).
